1 概述目前我国应用最广的是大梁(或屋架)和大型屋面板的无檩屋盖体系,它适用于各种跨度和各类厂房。苏联工业厂房主要采用这种无檩屋盖体系。随着高强度预应力钢材和高强度混凝土的发展应用,也向无屋架屋盖体系发展,目前可以预制生产更长更大的屋盖预制板,可直接搁置在纵向承重结构上,这样进一步简化了屋面结构,加快了施工进度,减少了无用的结构净空。美国工业厂房主要采用这种无屋架屋盖体系。小于18m跨度采用双T板,18~30m跨度采用单T板。西德工业厂房无屋架屋盖体系广泛采用称为双曲抛物面薄壳的双曲壳板,跨度15~25m。我国一些工业厂房也越来越多的采用单T板、双T板、折板和无肋大板等无屋架屋盖体系。
