一、问题的提出最近我们有部分 T30×4梯形内螺纹需要测量中径。根据我所现有测量仪器,拟在万能测长仪上用测钩装测球,以带有标准螺纹齿形缺口专用块规(以下简称缺口块规)和块规组成要求尺寸,调整仪器进行相对测量。但原仪器附件中的缺口块规只有60°和55°两种,而我们需要的则是带有30的缺口块规。后来经过分析我们是利用原60°或55°缺口块规并同时给组合块规一个修正量的方法解决了梯形内螺纹中径的测量问题。
