欧盟委员会不久前发表经济预测报告认为,由于2001～2002年世界经济形势黯淡,欧盟经济将在低速增长的轨道上徘徊。报告指出,2001年欧盟的经济增长率将为1.7％,2002年将为1.4％,是自上世纪90年代初经济衰退以来最低的。
The European Commission recently published an economic forecast that the economic situation in the EU will be hovering at a low speed due to the bleak world economic situation from 2001 to 2002. The report pointed out that in 2001 the EU’s economic growth rate will be 1.7% in 2002 to 1.4%, the lowest since the economic recession of the early 1990s.
