通过比较不同的外植体、基础培养基、植物生长调节剂种类和浓度配比、蔗糖浓度以及生根苗的移栽基质,建立土田七组织培养快速繁殖体系。结果表明,以茎尖为外植体诱导效果最好;培养基MS+6-BA 3.0 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 0.2 mg·L~(-1)+蔗糖40 g·L~(-1)利于形成丛生芽,30 d的增殖系数为4.16;MS+NAA 0.6~0.8 mg·L~(-1)适宜诱导生根获得再生植株,生根率100%;生根苗移栽于椰糠中成活率达100%。
By comparing different explants, basal medium, plant growth regulators and their concentration ratio, sucrose concentration and rooting seedling transplanting matrix, a rapid propagation system of tissue culture in soil field was established. The results showed that the shoot apical explants had the best induction effect. MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg · L -1 NAA 0.2 mg · L -1 sucrose 40 g · L -1 -1), and the multiplication coefficient was 4.16 on the 30th day.
