首先分析了在静、动密封装置中 O形密封圈的密封机理。在此基础上 ,又从提高表面加工质量、选择适当的运动速度、密封间隙、改善 O形密封圈自身质量等多个角度提出了充分发挥密封圈功能的几条切实可行的措施。并通过试验结果及科学数据论证了 O形圈使用寿命和密封性与使用条件、装配质量、加工精度、润滑情况、防尘措施等有着直接关系。从而为实际使用中 O形密封圈功能的充分发挥提供了科学的指导性建议
First of all, the sealing mechanism of O-ring in static and dynamic sealing device is analyzed. On this basis, we put forward several feasible measures to give full play to the function of the seal ring from the aspects of improving the surface processing quality, choosing the appropriate speed, sealing the gap and improving the quality of O-ring itself. And through the test results and scientific data demonstrated O-ring service life and sealing conditions and the use of conditions, assembly quality, processing accuracy, lubrication, dust prevention measures have a direct relationship. So as to give full play to the function of O-ring in actual use and provide scientific guidance
