一、青霉素皮试问题以青霉素 G 作皮内试验,目前认为对于预测患者对青霉素的过敏状态是最为可靠和敏感的方法。但国内对皮试的剂量还没有统一。我们认为皮试剂量主要决定于以下两个因素:(1)该剂量应足以把绝大多数对青霉素过敏的患者检测出来;(2)该剂量本身对一般过敏患者不足以引起过敏性休克。根据以往报道,青霉素 G 的皮试剂量应在200单位左右或不低于200单位,才有足够的敏感性,将大多数过敏患者检测出来。但国内报道因皮试而引起过敏性休克者,其剂量亦在200单位或以上。近十余年
First, the penicillin skin test questions to penicillin G for intradermal test, currently considered the most reliable and sensitive method for predicting the patient’s sensitivity to penicillin.
