在装饰业跨地区经营遇到的诸多难题中,主要有战略性的扩张模式选择、扩张策略选择、扩张时机选择、扩张成本和异地管理等六大问题。通过分析这些难题的产生以及影响,可以得出结论:当前我国装饰业跨地区经营模式选择中,合作经营的模式较为可行;在竞争策略选择上,则要根据各地装饰业市场的实际状况,进行多种策略的组合;如何处理好本土化问题是最现实的一环。
Among the many problems encountered in the inter-regional operation of decoration industry, there are six major issues including the choice of a strategic expansion model, the choice of expansion strategies, the timing of expansion, expansion costs and management in different places. Through the analysis of the emergence and the impact of these problems, we can draw the conclusion that in the current cross-regional business model selection of China’s decoration industry, the mode of cooperative operation is more feasible. In the choice of competitive strategy, we should base on the actual situation of the decoration industry market A combination of multiple strategies; how to deal with the issue of localization is the most realistic part.
