目的了解河南省南阳市主要食品中铅、镉的污染状况,为食品安全风险评估提供可靠的依据。方法在南阳市辖区13个县(区)农贸市场、超市随机采购粮食、蛋类、蔬菜、茶叶、粮食加工品、膨化食品、菌类、面粉、肉类、鱼类、乳饮料,样品经微波消解法进行处理后,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉的含量。结果在本次检测的242份样品中,铅的检出率为77.3%,超标率为12.8%;镉的检出率55.4%,超标率6.61%。结论南阳市的主要食品有不同程度的铅、镉污染现象发生,其中铅含量超标较多的食品有粮食、面粉、肉类、蔬菜、乳饮料;镉含量超标较多的食品有肉类、菌类;而蛋类和鱼类无铅、镉含量超标现象。有关部门应引起重视,采取相应监管措施。
Objective To understand the pollution status of lead and cadmium in the main foods in Nanyang City, Henan Province, and provide a reliable basis for food safety risk assessment. Methods Farmers’ markets were randomly selected from 13 counties (districts) in Nanyang Municipality and supermarkets were randomly selected for food, eggs, vegetables, tea, processed foods, puffed foods, fungi, flour, meat, fish and milk drinks. Digestion method for processing, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of lead and cadmium content. Results Among the 242 samples tested, the detection rate of lead was 77.3%, the exceeding standard rate was 12.8%, the detection rate of cadmium was 55.4% and the exceeding standard rate was 6.61%. Conclusion The main foods in Nanyang City have different degrees of lead and cadmium pollution. Among them, food with excessive lead content includes grain, flour, meat, vegetables and milk drinks. Foods with excessive cadmium content include meat and bacteria Class; while eggs and fish lead-free, cadmium content exceeded the phenomenon. Relevant departments should pay attention to take appropriate regulatory measures.
