航空运输作为现代交通体系中的一个重要分支,在货物运输、乘客运载中发挥着巨大的作用。作为一个人口大国,我国民航运输业发展迅猛,而民航运输地面服务企业作为其中重要角色之一,关系着民航运输的服务质量。本文在简要介绍民航运输地面服务企业之后,对民航运输地面服务企业质量管理体系的建设措施进行了深入探索,旨在提高民航运输地面服务企业的服务质量。
As an important branch of modern transportation system, air transport plays an important role in cargo transportation and passenger transportation. As a big country with a large population, China’s civil aviation transportation industry is developing rapidly. As one of the important roles of civil aviation transportation ground service enterprises, it has a bearing on the quality of service provided by civil aviation transportation. After a brief introduction of civil aviation transportation ground service enterprises, this paper deeply explores the construction measures of civil aviation transportation ground service enterprise quality management system in order to improve the service quality of civil aviation transportation ground service enterprises.
