目的:考察枣仁安神方配伍变化对五味子醇甲和五味子甲素药动学影响。方法:SD大鼠分为五味子组、五味子-丹参组、五味子-酸枣仁组及枣仁安神方组,灌胃给药,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对0~24 h内大鼠血浆中五味子醇甲和五味子甲素测定,DAS 3.0软件计算药动学参数。结果:与五味子组相比,五味子-丹参组,五味子醇甲CL/F明显增加,五味子甲素V1/F显著减小;五味子-酸枣仁组,五味子醇甲AUC(0-t)显著降低,五味子甲素t1/2Ka值明显减小,而枣仁安神方组五味子醇甲和五味子甲素t1/2Ka值均明显增加,五味子醇甲AUC(0-t)、AUC(0-∞)显著增加,CL/F、V1/F显著降低。结论:枣仁安神方的不同配伍对五味子醇甲和五味子甲素的药动学存在不同影响,与五味子组相比,复方显著减缓五味子醇甲和五味子甲素的消除,延长了作用时间。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of compatibility of Zaoren Anshen recipe on pharmacokinetics of schisandrin A and Schisandrin A. Methods: SD rats were divided into five groups: Schisandra chinensis - Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae, Schisandra chinensis - Zanthoxylum bungeanum group and Zaoren Anshen prescription group. The rats were intragastrically administered with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Schisandra A and Schisandra A determination, DAS 3.0 software to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters. Results: Compared with Schisandra chinensis group, the CL / F of Schisandra chinensis group and Schisandra chinensis significantly increased, and the Schizandrin A1 / V significantly decreased. The AUC (0-t) The t1 / 2Ka value of Schisandra was significantly decreased, while the Zaoren Anshen prescription group significantly increased the t1 / 2Ka values of schisandrin A and Schisandrin A, and the AUC (0-t), AUC (0-∞) , CL / F, V1 / F decreased significantly. Conclusion: Different compatibility of Zaoren Anshen prescription has different effects on the pharmacokinetics of schisandrin A and Schisandrin A. Compared with Schisandra chinensis, compound prescription significantly slows the elimination of schisandrin A and Schisandrin A, prolonging the duration of action.
