当前中国宏观经济面临两个主要问题,一是如何防范金融风险。要抑制房地产泡沫,以雄安新区建设为起点,推动国内经济发展空间重新布局,要控制外汇和债务风险,治理金融秩序,实施稳健的货币政策,降低实体经济成本。二是找到未来经济增长点。应推动供给侧结构性改革,包括调整经济结构,转变经济增长方式,调整开放战略和深化经济体制改革。
At present, China’s macro economy faces two major problems. One is how to prevent financial risks. In order to curb the real estate bubble, we must take the construction of the Xiong’an New District as a starting point, promote the re-layout of the domestic economic development space, control the foreign exchange and debt risks, govern the financial order, implement prudent monetary policies and reduce the real economic costs. Second, find the point of economic growth in the future. The supply-side structural reforms should be promoted, including adjusting the economic structure, changing the mode of economic growth, adjusting the strategy of opening up and deepening the reform of the economic structure.
