将动物小鼠随机分为鲜罗汉果素饮料高、中、低剂量组(20ml/kg、8ml/kg、4ml/kg)、模型组和空白组,给小鼠灌胃21d,未次灌胃分别60min后测定其负重游泳时间,30min后测定其血乳酸(BLA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原(LG)、肌糖原(MG)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活力。结果表明:鲜罗汉果素饮料低剂量组小鼠力竭游泳时间显著延长,肝糖原(LG)储备增加,且小鼠乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力提高;低剂量组及中剂量组小鼠运动后血尿素氮(BUN)含量明显下降;服用鲜罗汉果素饮料的各剂量组小鼠运动后血乳酸(BLA)水平显著下降,而对肌糖原(MG)水平没有明显差别。鲜罗汉果素饮料对力竭游泳小鼠有明显的抗疲劳作用。
The mice were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose groups (20ml / kg, 8ml / kg, 4ml / kg), model group and blank group. The weight-bearing swimming time was measured after 60min, and the blood lactic acid (BLA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), glycogen content (LG) and muscle lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured after 30min. The results showed that the mice in the low-dose Han Luo beverage low-dose group had prolonged exhaustion swimming time, increased liver glycogen (LG) reserve, and increased LDH activity in mice. Low-dose and middle-dose mice After exercise, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) content was significantly decreased; taking fresh mulberry fruit beverage dose of each group of mice blood lactate (BLA) levels decreased significantly, while muscle glycogen (MG) levels were not significantly different. Fresh Luo Han Guo Su beverage on exhaustive swimming mice have obvious anti-fatigue effect.
