建立了茶叶中27种国家禁用农药的气相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。以27种国家禁用农药为目标分析物,样品经环己烷-乙酸乙酯超声提取、凝胶渗透色谱净化后进行定性和定量分析。方法检出限为0.02~2.82μg/kg,方法定量限为0.07~9.40μg/kg,在0.01~0.20 mg/L范围内方法线性相关系数均大于0.991,75%以上的农药的回收率在70%~110%之间,相对标准偏差在0.53%~7.1%之间。方法适用于茶叶中多种农药残留的检测分析。
Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) was established in 27 kinds of banned pesticides in tea. The target analytes were banned in 27 countries. The samples were extracted by cyclohexane-ethyl acetate and purified by gel permeation chromatography. The samples were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The detection limits of this method ranged from 0.02 to 2.82 μg / kg, and the limit of quantification was 0.07-9.40 μg / kg. The recoveries of pesticides with linear correlation coefficients greater than 0.991 and 75% in the range of 0.01-0.20 mg / L ranged from 70 % ~ 110%, the relative standard deviation of 0.53% ~ 7.1%. The method is suitable for the detection and analysis of a variety of pesticide residues in tea.
