目的观察海风藤酮对小鼠的抗着床作用及其细胞化学和超微结构的变化。②方法向妊娠第2天小鼠子宫角内注射不同剂量的海风藤酮,于妊娠第8天和第10天观察其对滋养层细胞的刀豆凝集素(ConA)受体和麦胚凝集素(WGA)受体表达,以及对滋养层细胞和子宫蜕膜细胞超微结构的影响。③结果随着海风藤酮剂量增大,滋养层细胞的WGA和ConA受体的阳性反应减弱,以WGA受体的改变更明显。电镜所见,实验组绒毛浅层滋养层细胞胞浆电子密度低,核固缩;深层滋养层细胞溶酶体增多,见髓样小体,子宫蜕膜的大蜕膜细胞胞浆溶酶体增多,胞浆空泡化,核膜溶解。④结论海风藤酮可使小鼠胚胎滋养细胞的WGA和ConA受体糖蛋白减少,从而干扰了细胞之间的识别黏附,破坏了胚胎正常生长和发育的内环境,抑制着床过程。
