在工作中,创新能力对你而言重要吗?你认为自己富有创新能力吗?你觉得你所在的公司正在尽其所能来开发你的创新能力吗?笔者曾经就这三个问题询问过20多个国家的大约10万个人,其中98%的人,几乎是在所有国家的各行各业,从秘书到总经理,每一个人都认为在当今社会中拥有创新能力非常重要。然而,仅有45%的人认为自己富有创新能力(广告、建筑师和设计师等职业除外,他们几乎全部表示赞同),竟有超过半数的人觉得自己不具备这种自己认为很重要的能力。更令人遗憾的是,只有2%的人觉得自己的雇主在尽其所能来开发他们的创新能力。
Do you think innovation is important to you at work? Do you think you are innovative? Do you think your company is doing all it can to develop your innovation ability? The author asked about these three questions 20 Some 100,000 people in more than one country, 98% of them in almost every country, from secretary to general manager, believe that it is important to have the ability to innovate in today’s society.
