目的探讨两种不同方法治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效。方法将186例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分成两组:对照组98例采用克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶(浙江仙琚制药公司生产),每晚一次阴道局部给药;88例采用甲硝唑,2 g/d,1次/d,口服,疗程为1周。结果克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶的有效率(97.95%)和复发率(0%)明显高于口服甲硝唑。结论克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效好,复发率低,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of two different methods in treating trichomonas vaginitis. Methods A total of 186 patients with trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups: 98 cases in the control group were treated with clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel (Zhejiang Xiangyu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)
