在教育革命中,我们面临的一个突出问题,是如何打破“三脱离”的旧框框,按照毛主席的教育思想,建立一个新的教学体制。经过几年实践,我们采取了校内种“三田”(丰产田、种子田、试验田),社、队建基地的办法,把教学、生产、科研结合起来。几年来,我们根据专业的培养要求和学生的特点,在学校农场建立了小麦、玉米、地瓜、花生等烟台地区主要作物的丰产田、种子田和试验田。本着“以学为主,兼学别样”的原则,师生与工人相结合,在“三田”里进行教学、生产、科研活动。例如师生与工人相结合,通过小麦“三田”计划的制订、播种、田间管理、收获、总结的全部过程,有计划地把边干、边学、边研究和系统学习结合起来,完成了小麦的丰产栽培、良种选育、病虫防治和科学实验等内容
In the education revolution, one of the outstanding problems we face is how to break the old “three separation” framework and establish a new teaching system based on Chairman Mao’s educational thinking. After several years of practice, we have taken the method of “three fields” (high yield fields, seed fields, experimental fields), social organizations and team building bases in schools to integrate teaching, production and scientific research. In recent years, based on professional training requirements and characteristics of students, we have established high-yielding fields, seed fields and experimental fields of major crops such as wheat, corn, sweet potato and peanut in our school farms.
