高粱茎秆节间长度的遗传参数呈现有规律的变化。从上到下,与显性效应有关的遗传参数(H_1.H_2,和[h]~2)值都逐渐减小;狭义遗传力逐渐增高;控制节间长度的基因数逐渐减少;第一节(穗柄)和第二节均为三个基因;第三节为两个基因;第四、五节都为一个基因。 一般配合力方差与特殊配合力方差相比,前者为后者的5.69—39.34倍。亲本榆5A、1729A、3197A、7501A和7502A的一般配合力效应值较低;亲本TX622、TX390、7504A和7715A的效应值较高。
Genetic parameters of internode length of sorghum showed regular changes. From top to bottom, the genetic parameters (H_1.H_2, and [h] ~ 2) related to the dominant effect decreased gradually; the narrow heritability gradually increased; the number of genes controlling the length of internode decreased gradually; (Ear handle) and the second quarter are three genes; the third is two genes; the fourth and fifth are a gene. The variance of general combining ability is 5.69-39.34 times of the latter with the variance of special combining ability. The parental elm 5A, 1729A, 3197A, 7501A and 7502A had lower general combining ability effect values; the parental TX622, TX390, 7504A and 7715A had higher effect values.
