前言过去我国犁壁都是采用低碳钢(B_2或A_3)经渗碳淬火制造,工艺落后,质量不稳定。1976年后,相继研制成功低碳马氏体35号钢犁壁和95—B2—95三层复合板犁壁,使我国犁壁生产向国际水平迈了一大步。但这两种钢都属于优质钢,三层复合板生产工艺难度也较大。为了降低犁壁成本,适应农机产品价廉耐用的要求,提出用半镇静钢B_5b制作犁壁进行试验。 B_5b钢是武钢用来轧制11号、12号矿用工字钢的材料,在煤炭部各矿区享有较高的信誉,但从未用B_5b钢生产过板材。本试验将B_5b钢轧成8mm板制作犁壁,无疑又对B_5b钢开辟了一种新用途。
Foreword In the past, the plow walls of our country were all made of carburized steel (B_2 or A_3) by carburizing and quenching, with backward technology and unstable quality. After 1976, successively succeeded in developing the low-carbon martensite 35 steel plow wall and the 95-B2-95 three-layer composite board plow wall, which made our furrow wall production take a big stride to the international level. However, both types of steel are high-quality steel, three-tier composite board production process is also more difficult. In order to reduce the cost of plow wall and meet the requirement of cheap and durable agricultural products, it is proposed to make the plow wall with semi-killed steel B_5b. B_5b steel is the material used by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company to roll No. 11 and No. 12 mine’s I-beam. It enjoys a high reputation in all coal mines of the Ministry of Coal Industry but has never produced sheet metal with B_5b steel. This experiment will be B_5b steel rolled into 8mm plate plow wall, no doubt B_5b steel has opened up a new use.
