采用一阶导数光谱法测定硝酸咪康唑霜的含量，方法简便、快速、回收率高、重现性好，测定结果与ＨＰＬＣ法一致。
The first-order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of miconazole nitrate cream. The method was simple, rapid, high recovery and good reproducibility. The determination results were consistent with those of HPLC method.
