目的了解医科大学生心肺功能及体育锻炼对大学生体能状态的影响,为促进高校大学生养成良好的体育锻炼习惯提供依据。方法以40名经常参加体育锻炼男生为实验组,另选取40名身体健康状况良好、与实验组年龄无差异的男生为对照组,用心肺功能测量仪及超声心动图测量静息及负荷状态下心肺功能9项指标,对测试结果进行对比分析。结果2组学生心肺各项指标均在正常生理范围内,心肺功能正常。负荷状态下,实验组呼吸频率和心率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);每分钟通气量、每千克体重摄氧量、每博摄氧量、每搏量峰值显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论实验组学生心脏泵血功能优于对照组,肺通气及换气功能较对照组有所增强。
Objective To understand the influence of cardiorespiratory function and physical exercise on physical fitness of undergraduates in medical college and to provide basis for college students to develop good habit of physical exercise. Methods Forty boys who participated in physical exercise regularly were chosen as the experimental group. Forty healthy boys were selected as the control group, and their age was the same as the control group. The resting and the loaded state were measured by cardiopulmonary function measurement and echocardiography 9 indicators of cardiopulmonary function, the test results were compared. Results The indexes of cardiopulmonary and pulmonary health in both groups were within the normal physiological range and their cardiopulmonary function was normal. Under load condition, the respiratory rate and heart rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01); ventilation per minute, oxygen uptake per kg body weight, The peak of stroke volume was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions The heart pump blood function of experimental group is better than that of control group, and the function of pulmonary ventilation and ventilation is enhanced compared with control group.
