以‘红颜’草莓果实为试材,研究了果实采后衰老过程中线粒体呼吸相关酶活性及能量水平的变化,以了解能量与草莓果实衰老的关系。结果表明:随着草莓果实的衰老,草莓果实线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、H+-ATPase和Ca2+-ATPase活性均明显下降,细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活性上升;三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量持续下降,二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和磷酸腺苷(AMP)含量上升;ATP、ADP、AMP 3种能量物质含量差异明显,其中ATP含量远高于ADP和AMP含量,ATP含量代表了草莓果实中的能量水平,且能荷(EC)与ATP协同变化;试验表明,草莓果实衰老与线粒体呼吸相关酶活性下降、线粒体功能下降而导致的能量不足有关。
Using ’Hongyan’ strawberry fruit as test material, the change of mitochondrial respiration-related enzyme activity and energy level during postharvest fruit senescence was studied in order to understand the relationship between energy and strawberry fruit senescence. The results showed that the activity of mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), H + -ATPase and Ca2 + -ATPase in strawberry fruits decreased significantly and the activity of cytochrome oxidase (CCO) increased with the aging of strawberry fruits. The contents of ATP (ADP) and adenosine monophosphate (AMP). The contents of ATP, ADP and AMP were significantly different among them. The content of ATP was much higher than that of ADP and AMP. The content of ATP was the highest in strawberry fruits (EC) and ATP. The results showed that the senescence of strawberry fruits was related to the decrease of mitochondrial respiration-related enzyme activity and the decrease of mitochondrial function due to insufficient energy.
