目的通过测定脑硬膜防渗医用涂敷系统体外降解聚乙二醇15000含量,研究其体外降解规律。方法分别于70,37℃进行体外加速降解和实时降解实验,将脑硬膜防渗医用涂敷系统置于p H 7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液中,密封后取样,测定降解液及剩余胶体中聚乙二醇15000含量。结果胶体自加入磷酸盐缓冲液后,略有膨胀但仍保持原有形状及亮蓝色,逐渐失去原有形状呈无色透明胶团状,继而形成大量的无色透明絮丝状物,最终变成亮蓝色澄清透明液体。结论脑硬膜防渗医用涂敷系统的体外降解规律符合硬脑膜缺损修复生理过程的要求。
OBJECTIVE To study the in vitro degradation of polyethylene glycol by measuring the content of polyethylene glycol (PEG) 15000 in vitro by measuring the application of brain dural impermeable medical coating system. Methods Accelerated degradation and real-time degradation experiments were carried out in vitro at 70 and 37 ℃ respectively. The brain dura mater coated system was placed in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer, sealed and sampled. The degradation solution and the remaining colloidal poly Ethylene glycol 15000 content. Results Colloid slightly swell but still retain its original shape and bright blue color after it was added into phosphate buffer solution, gradually losing its original shape as a colorless and transparent micelle, and then forming a large amount of colorless and transparent floccules, finally Into a bright blue clear transparent liquid. Conclusion The in vitro degradation of the brain dura mater coated system is in accordance with the physiological process of dura defect repair.
