随着我国对外开放的不断深入，大批境外建筑企业涌入我国承接工程。境外建筑企业得以迅速地以较大的优势挤占中国建筑市场的原因很多，基本原因在于中国控筑业的竞争力不足。而进入中国市场的境外建筑企业，其共同特点是技术工艺、企业组织认及管理手段等早已达到成熟与规范化
With the deepening of China’s opening to the outside world, a large number of overseas construction companies have flooded into China to undertake projects. There are many reasons why overseas construction companies can quickly seize China’s construction market with large advantages. The basic reason is that China’s control industry is not competitive enough. The common feature of offshore construction companies entering the Chinese market is that their technical processes, organizational recognition, and management tools have long reached maturity and standardization.
