天花粉引产的有效成分为蛋白质。天花粉中蛋白质的组分,纸上电泳可得到3个区带;醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳可得到6个区带,其中主要的3个区带,与纸上电泳的3个区带相当。用丙酮分级沉淀或甲醇沉淀,配合硫酸铵分级盐析等方法,从天花粉中提取和分离天花粉蛋白质,可得到引产活性最强的一种蛋白质。小鼠有效剂量为0.06毫克/只,它是天花粉引产的主要有效成分。
The active ingredient of trichosanthin induction is protein. The components of protein in trichosanthin powder can be obtained by electrophoresis on paper. Three bands can be obtained by electrophoresis on cellulose paper. Six bands can be obtained by cellulose acetate film electrophoresis. The three main bands are the same as the three bands on paper. Acetone fractionation or methanol precipitation, with ammonium sulfate salting and other methods, extraction and separation of trichosanthin protein from the trichosanthin, can be a potent induction of a protein activity. The effective dose for mice is 0.06 mg/dose, which is the main active ingredient for trichosanthin induction.
