儿科护理面对的是一个特殊的群体,护理风险防范在儿科尤为重要。我科以收治呼吸系统患者为主,冬季许多患者病情变化迅速,护理人员中5年以下年轻护士占78%,存在着摆错药、输错液、观察病情不仔细等潜在危险。因此要加强护理风险管理,对可能出现的护理风险进行预见,实施系统全面的管理控制,以防患于未然,提高护理质量。本文分析了2007年12月至2008年12月所发生的5起护理纠纷,提出防范措施。
Pediatric care is faced with a special group, the prevention of nursing risk is particularly important in pediatrics. My department to treat patients with respiratory system mainly in winter, many patients changed rapidly, nursing staff in less than 5 years accounted for 78% of young nurses, there is a wrong medicine, the wrong fluid, observe the potential ill-advised and other potential risks. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of nursing risk, anticipate the potential nursing risks and implement systematic management and control so as to prevent it from happening and improve the nursing quality. This article analyzes the five nursing disputes that occurred from December 2007 to December 2008 and put forward preventive measures.
