本文通过对实际双圆弧齿轮的热弹流润滑问题进行较精确的、大量的理论、数值分析,得到了不同情况下的齿面动压油膜最大压力无量纲公式。由于齿面极限应力的实验条件是有限的,据此公式即可得到实验条件下的齿面最大油膜压力与其它工况下的油膜最大压力之比,即弹流润滑影响修正系数。根据传统的概念,将其分解成了润滑剂系数与速度系数,并与渐开线齿轮强度计算中相应的系数做了比较。
