三点啮合定压珩齿工艺

目前我国齿轮制造中已较普遍地采用双面啮合珩齿工艺,当前这种珩齿法存在的关键问题是珩轮寿命短,消耗量大,珩齿工序成本高。对这些问题怎么办?大连机床厂和机床研究所的青年技术人员,就向主席著作请教。他们反复学习了“实践论”、“矛盾论”和“人的正确思想从那里来的?”等文章,按照主席的指示办事,深入实际调查研究,广泛吸取各方面的意见,根据本国本厂的实际条件和生产需要订出攻关计划,并通过跟班劳动,认真向工人学习,组织三结合,充分发扬敢想敢干与科学态度相结合的精神,在生产实践中反复试验,找出科学规律。他们本着自力更生,勤俭办企业,勤俭办科学的精神,利用原有的国产设备和改装原用的双面啮合珩轮模具,打破了一般科研常规,只花了不到四个月的时间,试验成功了三点啮合定压珩齿工艺,使珩轮的寿命提高了5~10倍,达到了国际水平,从根本上解决了珩轮的寿命问题。这一经验目前已部分用于生产,经济效果良好,可节约大量人力物力,减轻珩轮供不应求的压力。我们认为,这是多快好省科研的良好事例。 At present, gear manufacturing in our country has been more common use of double-sided meshing gear honing technology, the current honing method is the key problem is the honing wheel short life, high consumption, high cost of honing process. They took the self-reliance, thrifty to run enterprises, diligence and do science, using the original domestic equipment and modification of the original double-sided meshing honing wheel mold, breaking the general research routine, only took less than four months, The successful trial of three-point meshing constant pressure honing technology, the honing wheel life increased by 5 to 10 times, reached the international level, fundamentally solve the problem of honing wheel life. At present, this experience has been partially used for production and the economic effect is good, which can save a lot of manpower and material resources and reduce the pressure of the honing wheel in short supply. In our opinion, this is a good example of how good the province is for scientific research.
