各种电机中滚动轴承的安装方法,一般常用手工锤击或用压力机将其压入轴上或轴承壳中。而手工锤击常会使轴承产生歪斜、冲击,或因用力过猛而损伤轴承套圈及滚道,尤其对于中型及配合过盈较大的轴承,用锤击造成损伤的可能性更大。如用热装法将轴承装入轴上,虽可防止上述现象产生,但要装入轴承壳中,则较麻烦。为此,我们采用了图1所示的压装工具。
