The monthly, annual survey and comparative analysis of nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon nutrients in the surface, subsurface and bottom layers of Daya Bay from May 2007 to April 2008 were conducted. , The nutrient contents in the Daya Bay area slightly increased from the previous survey. The average values of soluble inorganic nitrogen (DIN), soluble inorganic phosphorus (DIP) and soluble silicate (DSi) were 8.93, 0.41 and 9.41μmol·L-1, Nutrient content of aquaculture zone was significantly higher than that of NH4 + -N and NO3-N, and NO3-N content in micro-surface was higher in the three water layers. NH4 + -N was found in the subsurface The content of DIN and DSi in Daya Bay area is rich and the content of DIP is low, N: P is much higher than that of Redfield, the growth of phytoplankton is obviously limited by P. The contents of DIP and DSi in micro-surface are obviously higher and fluctuate Obviously, N and P in Daya Bay area are dominated by organic nutrients, with a lower content of DIN and a higher content of DIP in the micro-surface layer. The micro-surface layer has a significant enrichment effect on nutrients, and the average enrichment coefficient is between 1.31 and 4.68 ; The enrichment of phosphorus is strong, the average enrichment coefficient of DIP and total phosphorus (TP) is 4.68 And 1.95, respectively. The enrichment probabilities of TPs and DSi were the highest in the range of 47.2% ~ 97.2%, and the results showed that the water quality of Daya Bay had a further deterioration trend in recent years, Changes in the structure of nutrients in the surface layer may lead to changes in the structure of the aquatic community.
