湖南省怀化地区区域电网始建于1982年,经过10多年的不断完善与发展,已经形成了比较完善的地区电网。目前,8县市实现了并网运行,联网架延伸到了10县市,并网装机容量26万千瓦,占全区地方电力发电装机容量的70％以上,网内已建成110千伏变电站11座,35千伏变电站23座,110千伏线路400余千米,
The regional power grid in the Huaihua area of Hunan Province was established in 1982. After more than 10 years of continuous improvement and development, a relatively complete regional power grid has been formed. At present, 8 counties and cities have achieved grid-connected operation, and the network shelf has been extended to 10 counties and cities. The grid-connected installed capacity is 260,000 kilowatts, which accounts for more than 70% of the installed capacity of local district-based electric power generation, and 110-kilovolt transformer substations have been built in the network. There are 23 35-kilovolt transformer substations and more than 400 kilometers of 110-kilovolt lines.
