2012年9月天津航运指数下设的北方国际集装箱运价指数共发布21次(见图1)。受欧洲、地中海等航线运价大幅回落的影响,9月初至9月11日指数下跌幅度明显;9月12—17日,美西、南美西等航线运价略有上调,其他航线运价跌势依旧,指数整体跌幅收窄;9月24日,日本航线再次上调运价,带动指数微幅走高;此后,其他航线运价继续下行,指数回归下行通道。9月29日指数收于700.79点,比8月31日下跌78.32点,累计跌幅为10.05%。5(1)欧地航线受困于欧洲经济持续衰退,外需延续疲软状态,市场货量走低,运输行情依旧表现不佳,9月市场酝酿的涨价计划依然没能实现。
In September 2012, the North International Container Freight Index under the Tianjin Shipping Index was released 21 times (see Figure 1). Affected by the drastic drop in freight rates in Europe and the Mediterranean routes, the index dropped sharply from the beginning of September to September 11, and from September 12 to September 17, the freight rates of the routes in the western region such as the United States and the western part of the United States increased slightly. The freight rates of other routes dropped The trend still narrowed. As a result, the overall decline of the index narrowed. On September 24, the Japan route again raised the freight rate, driving the index to rise slightly; thereafter, the freight rates of other routes continued to decline and the index returned to the downward trend. September 29 index closed at 700.79 points, down 78.32 points from August 31, the cumulative decrease of 10.05%. 5 (1) The routes in Europe and Europe are still trapped in the ongoing economic recession in Europe. The external demand continues to be weak. The market volume is declining and the transport market is still underperforming. The price increase plan for September brewing market still fails to be realized.
