针对级进模排样的特点以及人工智能技术在工程领域应用的研究 ,提出了适用于级进模排样的基于事例知识和规则知识的混合推理策略 ,该策略既可以通过基于组合原理的分层次事例推理 ,即通过对现有事例的工艺进行层次化分割、组合的变异设计来获取当前零件的完整工艺 ,也可以根据工艺规则进行创成设计。详细介绍了组合原理以及基于组合原理思想的层次化事例推理方法并给出了模型框架图
Aiming at the characteristics of progressive die arrangement and the application of artificial intelligence technology in engineering field, a hybrid reasoning strategy based on case knowledge and rule knowledge, which is suitable for progressive die arrangement, is proposed.
