笔者在1978年～1979年一年间,按1978年全国初治肺结核短程化疗研究方案,治疗观察Ⅰ组(6个月)12例,Ⅱ组(9个月)11例,Ⅲ组(对照组18个月)11例。前两组全疗程。Ⅲ组满12个月者6例。3、6、9个月时各组疗效:(1)痰集菌阴转:3个月时为10/12例、9/11例和8/11例;6个月时,Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组同前,Ⅲ组为9/11例;9个月时Ⅱ、Ⅲ组各为9/11例、8/8例;(2)痰菌培养阴转:3个月时为5/6例,7/9例和7/8例:6个月时无改变,9个月时为7/9
According to the research plan of short-course chemotherapy for tuberculosis in primary treatment in 1978 in our country from 1978 to 1979, there were 12 cases in group Ⅰ (6 months), 11 cases in group Ⅱ (9 months) and 11 cases in group Ⅲ Months) in 11 cases. The first two groups of the whole course of treatment. Ⅲ group of 6 patients over 12 months. At 3, 6, and 9 months, the curative effect of each group was as follows: (1) Negative phlegm collection: 10/12 cases, 9/11 cases and 8/11 cases at 3 months. At 6 months, Ⅰ, Ⅱ Group Ⅲ was 9/11; group Ⅲ was 9/11 and group 8 of 8 at the age of 9 months; (2) Negative conversion of sputum culture was 5/6 cases at 3 months , 7/9 and 7/8 cases: unchanged at 6 months and 7/9 at 9 months
