教师对高中新课程改革能否适应、适应程度如何,直接关系到高中新课程改革的成败。通过对重庆市高中教师的调查表明:教师对新课程改革总体适应良好,但在各个维度上的适应状况不均衡,教师自身素质、学校配套课程资源、现行评价制度等对教师的适应性产生重要影响。基于此,从政府、学校、教师及课程设计人员层面提出了进一步改善教师对新课程改革适应状况的建议。
Whether teachers adapt or adapt to the new curriculum reform in senior high school is directly related to the success or failure of the new curriculum reform in senior high school. According to the survey of Chongqing high school teachers, the teachers generally adapt well to the new curriculum reform, but their adaptability to teachers in all dimensions is not balanced. Teachers’ own qualities, school supporting curriculum resources and current evaluation system are important to the adaptability of teachers influences. Based on this, suggestions are put forward from the government, schools, teachers and curriculum designers to further improve teachers’ adaptability to the new curriculum reform.
