On the morning of July 31, the CPC Central Party Theoretical Center Group of the Provincial People’s Congress held (enlarged) study sessions to learn an important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the seminars on major leading cadres at provincial and ministerial level. The meeting was chaired by Xu Jun, deputy director of the provincial people’s congress standing committee and deputy party secretary. Vice-chairman and party members Jia Dongjun, Lin Beichuan, secretary-general and party member Qu Jianmin attended the meeting. Party members of the provincial people’s congressional organs and cadres at the deputy department offices of the provincial people’s congress participated in the study .
