床上晨练带给我的益处我今年69岁。每天晨起我先在床上从头到脚做些运动和按摩,每次大约20~30分钟。日子一天天过去,不觉已一年有余。说来也妙,以前身上的一些毛病,现在已经全好了。例如:以前寒冬睡觉时,脚心长时间暖和不过来(从小时起就这样),现在很快就暖和过来了。
