为了提高体育教学效果,加深体育教学的改革,在排球垫球教学中,以65名学生为实验对象,运用表象训练进行18学时(9次课)的教学实验,并对实验前、中以及实验后受试者垫球技术和垫球效果进行评定.结果显示,经过18学时的表象训练,实验组在垫球技术均值上较实验前有很大提高,与对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),在垫球效果上,两组学生评定均值都比实验前提高很多,但实验组与对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).实验证明,运用表象训练进行体育教学,能加速垫球技术动作的形成,提高教学效果.
In order to improve the effect of physical education and deepen the reform of physical education, in the teaching of volleyball ball cushion, 65 students were used as experimental subjects, and the training of imagery was used to conduct teaching experiments of 18 hours (9 lessons).
