本文利用机器人的特点,改变传统的研磨方法,向全面自动化生产迈进了一步。文中对RV-M1型机器人的运动规律和利用机器人进行超声波振动弹性研磨的机理及效果作了较深入的探讨。
This article takes advantage of the characteristics of the robot to change the traditional grinding method, to a full automated production step. In this paper, the movement rule of RV-M1 robot and the mechanism and effect of elastic vibration of robot using ultrasonic vibration are discussed in detail.
