近年来,我国的经济得到了飞快的发展。在21世纪,这是一个充满挑战,创新为重的大时代。在这样的时代发展背景之下,人力资源显得对各行各业都至关重要。人力资源已经成为一个企业竞争实力的标志,大而化之代表着一个国家综合国力的体现。最近国家大力投资农村电力网络系统的建设,我们应该清楚地认识到并且把握住这次机会,响应国家的号召,大力发展人力资源,建设我国电力行业的人才队伍。本文从作者在电力行业多年的工作经验积累出发,研究我国电力人力资源管理中的问题和对策。
In recent years, our economy has enjoyed rapid development. In the 21st century, this is a big era full of challenges and innovation. In such an era of development, human resources seem crucial to all walks of life. Human resources has become a symbol of the competitiveness of enterprises, and the larger and more representative of a country’s overall national strength reflects. Recently, the state has invested heavily in the construction of a rural power network system. We should clearly understand and grasp this opportunity and respond to the call of the country to develop human resources and build a contingent of qualified personnel in the power industry in our country. Based on the author’s many years of working experience in power industry, this paper studies the problems and countermeasures in the management of power human resources in China.
