针对炼钢工序中加铝系统的工艺及控制要求,基于西门子S7-300PLC,M440变频器及现场总线技术设计了喂丝机控制系统。同时使用工业以太网的通信方式将喂丝机的相关工艺数据传送到厂局域网,便于查询和监控。运行结果表明,该自动控制运行稳定,具有良好的准确性,快速性和即时性等。
Aiming at the process and control requirements of aluminum-added system in the steel-making process, a feeder control system is designed based on the Siemens S7-300 PLC, the M440 frequency converter and the field bus technology. At the same time, the communication method of industrial Ethernet is used to transmit the related process data of the feeder to the factory LAN for easy inquiry and monitoring. The running results show that the automatic control is stable, with good accuracy, speed and immediacy.
