面对日趋白热化的发行市场竞争,不少基层邮政企业都选择将“户箱工程”作为挖掘报刊私费订阅市场的重要载体来抓。然而,细察之下我们不难发现,部分邮政企业在加强信报箱建设的同时,却往往忽视了对信报箱的管理。在一些地区,信报箱被人随意涂写、粘贴广告的现象屡见不鲜,还有的利用率较低的信报箱,长年日晒雨淋之下早已破旧不堪,极大地损害了邮政企业在民众心目中的形象。对于承担着社会普遍服务职能的邮政而言,加强信报箱建设,是保障城乡居民基本通信权利、满足民众不断增长
Faced with increasingly heated competition in the distribution market, many grassroots postal enterprises have chosen to use the “box project” as an important vehicle for mining the private subscription market of newspapers and periodicals. However, under the detailed inspection, we can easily find out that some postal enterprises often ignore the management of letter boxes while strengthening the construction of letter boxes.
