提出了固相反射分光光度法,并以Ni(Ⅱ)丁二酮肟TritonX100体系为例拟定了测镍的固相反射光度法。方法简便、快速、灵敏,检测限为0.029mg·L1,精密度好(测定25μg镍11次,RSD=1.1%)。
Proposed solid-phase reflectance spectrophotometry, and Ni (Ⅱ) dimethylglyoxime TritonX 100 system was developed for the determination of nickel solid-phase reflectance spectrophotometry. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The detection limit is 0.029 mg · L1 and the precision is good (25 μg nickel is determined 11 times with RSD = 1.1%).
