以“大型多玩家网络游戏”(MMOG)的责任情景为例,从责任推断过程的信息提取、原因理解和推断结果三个阶段进行分析,发现计算机网络可以建立一种持续的社会关系,这些持续稳定的社会关系带来虚拟社区中的信任和宽容;虚拟社区中的责任推断基本符合Weiner提出的一般模型;虚拟社区责任推断的关键原因维度与一般责任情景中的关键原因维度基本一致,责任情景中涉及现实生活的因素被认为是不可控制的因素:由于网络惩罚行为的高代价,故虚拟社区中的责任推断并不一定产生明显的行为反应(惩罚)。
Taking the responsibility scene of “MMOG” as an example, this paper analyzes the three phases of information extraction, reason understanding and inference of responsibility inference process, and finds that computer network can establish a continuous social relationship, These persistent and stable social relations bring about the trust and tolerance in the virtual community; the assumption of responsibility in the virtual community is basically in line with the general model proposed by Weiner; the key reason dimension of the virtual community inference is basically the same as the key reason in the general responsibility scenario, Factors that relate to real life in a responsible scenario are considered uncontrollable factors: accountability in virtual communities does not necessarily result in significant behavioral responses (penalties) due to the high cost of cybercriminal behavior.
