维护权利不是一件简单的事,但也不是攻不克的堡垒。如果劳动者意识够强、决心够大、行动够努力,劳动仲裁和法院部门能够坚持以事实为准绳、以法律为依据公正地处理争议,地方政府等有关部门能够依法办事、不违法干预劳动争议的处理,劳动者的权利是可以很好地得到维护的。而用人单位如果能够放弃损害劳动者权益的行为,多一些人性化的管理,不仅有利于维权问题的根本解决,对用人单位的发展也有利。
