如果将财务工作的结构比做是一颗“洋葱”,那么拨开洋葱的过程就是对财务工作由浅入深的理解过程。最外层是外界都能看得到的财务信息和报表数据;往里是企业财务管理职能;最内层是准确定位企业财务管理价值取向、创新财务技术、融入财务理念,支持和激活企业的运营和决策,提升企业价值的能力。这才是CFO财务工作的真谛。也是在财务人职业生涯中逐步提升自我的目标,即由传统“判断型”、“分析型”普通财务从业者向“创新型”、“价值型”CFO蜕变的过程。
