1996年是我国实施国民经济“九五”规划和2010年发展目标的第一年。这一年我国食品工业取得了可喜的进步,总产值比上年约增长10%左右;行业结构、企业结构的调整也取得新的进展;食品卫生与质量水平有明显的提高;食品包装趋向多样化。 但是,从总体看,结构性矛盾仍然比较突出,这主要是:重加工,轻原料;重传统老产品,轻开发新产品;企业大而全,小而全;某些行业重复建设,盲目发展;产品的趋同化普遍存在,甚至有些地区或某些企业还相当严重。
