对不同奥氏体化温度下处理的H13模具钢进行二次回火处理,研究热处理工艺对其热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,H13模具钢采用1 080℃×15 min奥氏体化,经580℃×2 h二次回火处理后,可以获得良好的热疲劳性能。
Secondary austempering was performed on H13 die steels treated at different austenitization temperatures to study the effect of heat treatment on their thermal fatigue properties. The results show that the H13 die steel is austenitized at 1 080 ℃ × 15 min, and the good thermal fatigue property can be obtained after the second tempering at 580 ℃ × 2 h.
