青年创新创效活动是引导广大青工积极投身企业生产、技术、管理创新的丰富实践,促进企业技术创新体系建设及创新能力的提高,推动企业的改革和发展。但长期以来,部分青工对创新创效活动存在模糊认识,认为创新是技术人员的事,创效是管理人员的事,与己关系不大,参与热情不高。为此,长庆油田第二采油厂团委探索建立“三抓”机制,推动青年创新创效活动深入开展。(一)抓认识引导为创新创效奠定基础
The youth innovation and creation activities are the rich practice of guiding the vast numbers of young workers to devote themselves actively to the production, technology and management innovation of enterprises so as to promote the construction of enterprise technological innovation system and innovation capability and promote the reform and development of enterprises.
