无人值守数字化变电站大量的警报信息给集控中心运行人员的有效监控带来了挑战,当变电站设备存在异常或故障时问题则更加严重。在此背景下,构建了一个基于数字化变电站体系结构的在线智能警报处理系统。根据IEC61850标准对实时警报进行分类,以实现警报预处理。若存在保护或断路器动作警报,则启动在线智能警报处理模块。该模块采用候选原因假说生成和原因假说真实性评估同时在线并列运行的模式完成在线警报处理,不仅能诊断故障原因,还能识别漏报与误报的警报信息。根据实际系统应用的需求,开发了在线智能警报处理软件系统,并应用于江西省兴国数字化变电站。通过现场实际案例对所提出的模型和方法作了说明。
Unmanned digital substation a large number of alarm information to the control center operators effectively monitor the challenges, when there is abnormal substation equipment or problems when the problem is even more serious. Under this background, an online intelligent alarm processing system based on digital substation architecture is constructed. Real-time alarms are classified according to the IEC61850 standard for alarm pre-processing. If there is a protection or breaker action alarm, the online smart alarm processing module is started. The module uses the pattern of candidate reason hypothesis generation and reason hypothesis authenticity to run online and parallel operation to complete the online alarm processing, which can not only diagnose the cause of the failure but also identify the alarm information of omission and false alarm. According to the needs of the actual system application, an online intelligent alarm processing software system has been developed and applied to Jiangxi Xingguo Digital Substation. The proposed models and methods are illustrated by field practical examples.
